Due to Covid-19 please allow 5-7 buisness days for your purchased item weekends not included. Normally all units on the site are ready to be shipped. Please be sure to check your address when placing an order (apartment number, suite number etc.) This will ensure that there is no delay in recieving your order. Due to the nature of these products ALL SALES ARE FINAL ! Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our facility. Please note that once packages are recieved by USPS, We are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibilty is passed on to the United States Postal Services (800-275-8777) If there is an issue on our end, please contact us within 2 buisness days to correct the issue. JesCustomWigss is not liable for any damage incurred to the hair after delivery due to bleaching, coloring, improper care, improper storage, or improper handling.
